		<description>Even if the connectionist model is flawed, it does not follow that ‘folk’ psychology is correct. All the new research in cognitive science and psychology shows how flawed the ‘folk’ psychology is. The best way to see it, is as a trick nature played on us, like the visual illusion that the sun moves around the earth. And the best explanation for this might be evolutionary. Explaining our behavior by using believes helps us to predict better how others will react to our own behavior or of events in the environment; and it helps us make faster decisions.</description>
